This platform is operated on behalf of the education or visa consultancy that invited you (the "consultancy"). The consultancy is the controller of your personal data; Passage processes it on their instructions.

What we collect

Only the information needed for the application you are preparing: identity and passport details, contact information, education and employment history, travel history where the destination requires it, funding information, and the documents you upload.

How it is used

To prepare, review, submit and track your application with the institution or authority you are applying to. Your consultant reviews your information before anything is submitted. Nothing is submitted without your consent, recorded when you sign your declarations.

Storage and security

Documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are never publicly addressable. Access is limited to you and the authorised staff of your consultancy. Actions on your application are logged for accountability.

Retention and your rights

Data is kept according to the consultancy's retention policy and applicable law, including KVKK in Türkiye and, where applicable, the GDPR. You may ask your consultancy to access, correct, export or delete your data.

This is a template notice. The consultancy must replace it with text approved by qualified counsel before production use.
